Ana Marques is a Senior Research at the PloySyc group since April 2025. She holds a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Aveiro (2011), an MSc in Chemistry from the University of Coimbra (2001) and a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Coimbra (1997). Her research focuses on materials chemistry/conservation and restoration chemistry, analytical chemistry/mass spectrometry, photochemistry/medicinal chemistry, polymer chemistry, paper chemistry/wood chemistry, natural resource chemistry, materials engineering, physical chemistry and photochemistry/polymer chemistry. She also has expertise in laboratory management and teaching at all education levels.
