Abstract: CiNTech aims to create the 1 st Technological Hub of Innovation, Translation and Industrialization dedicated to complex injectable drugs. This collaborative project will leverage innovation on complex injectable drugs by the development of novel products and services, with high technological intensity, namely: (i) new polymeric excipient, (ii) design, production and analytical control of nucleic acids; (iii) novel lipid (LNP) technological platform for delivery of therapeutic agents; (iv) novel polymer (PNP) technological platform for delivery of therapeutic agents; (v) new set of customized process equipment; (vi) new digital solution for process management and monitoring and (vii) construction and empowerment of dedicated centers for development and GMP manufacturing of complex injectables.
